Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (check promotions on our website).

International Shipping

SlimSpecs B.V. ships worldwide. However, customers outside the European Union (EU) are responsible for any:

  • Import duties
  • Customs taxes
  • Other fees imposed by their country

These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid upon delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at sales@slimspecs.shop with your order number.
  • If a package is lost due to carrier issues, we will work with the carrier to resolve the matter, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Shipping Address & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
  • Once an order is shipped, address changes are not possible.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
